Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping is available for all orders over $99.

What are the available shipping methods?

We currently offer UPS GROUND and USPS for packages that are lighter than 5 lbs. 

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is automatically estimated for you in your shopping cart after you provide your shipping zip code. Both your available shipping options and the shipping cost will be shown.

I haven't received my package and it should have been here. What do I do?

You can track your order in our website. Find (Track My Order) under the Help menu at the bottom of our website and use it to locate your package. You will need to have your order tracking number handy and the email address that you provided to create your account.

If you were not able to track your order through our website and you still have not received it, please contact UPS at 1-800-PICK-UPS and give them with your tracking number; they will be able to also help you track it. If you still cannot locate your package, please email us at service@accessorizebylnd.com and we will help you track your order.

Do you ship outside of the USA? Do you ship to Canada?

We can ship to Canada via UPS Standard. We do not ship outside of the USA and Canada. 

Can I pick up my order?

No, we are an online store and we do not offer order pick-up at this time.

I've placed my order, now what?

Please allow 2-3 business days to process your orders.

Once your order is placed, you should receive an email confirming that you've placed your order. If you don't see a confirmation order in your e-mail, be sure to check your SPAM inbox.

You'll receive another notification once your order is shipped. You can use the (Track My Order) app. located at the bottom of our website to locate and track your order, once shipped.

Do I have to register to place an order?

No, you do not have to register or sign up to place an order. Simply add your items to your shopping cart and continue through the checkout process. However, we do recommend that you create an account to track your orders, save billing/shipping information, and to speed up the check out process without having to input your information every time. Additionally, your shopping cart will be saved to your account and you can access it from anywhere, otherwise, you may loose your shopping cart items.

May I customize an item?

Yes you may. Please contact us via email at service@accessorizebylnd.com to discuss if we can customize your requested item.

How long does my shopping cart stay on my computer?

If you created an account with us, your cart will be stored with your account, otherwise, you may loose your shopping cart items. Items in your cart are not reserved items and are only guaranteed once the checkout process is completed.

Are there any coupons or discounts?

Also sign up for our SMS and get 10% off your first order sent right to your phone.

Discounts are coupons vary depending on our current sale or special. You might also browse our Sale and Clearance for discounted items.

How do I place an order?

Simply add the items and quantity you'd like to your cart, and proceed to the checkout page. You will be given options to either Register, Sign In, or you can checkout without creating an account.

How can I view my order?

Simply login to your account and click "My Orders" Or go to the "Orders and Returns" page and input your information to view your order.

Can I still order an item that shows "OUT OF STOCK"?

If the item is OUT OF STOCK, you must remove it from your shopping cart in
order to proceed to the checkout page. You will not be able to order "OUT OF STOCK" items. Sometimes items show offline or "OUT OF STOCK" because other customers are reserving the items in their shopping carts at the same time. If an item appears on your order but states "OUT OF STOCK", we do not guarantee that it is in stock. 

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay . We do not accept checks for payment.

Do you issue gift cards?

We issue e-gift cards for a value of $10, $25, $50, and $100.

Do your E-Gift cards expire?

Yes, our e-gift cards are good for use for two years and expire after two years from the initial issuance date.

What is your refund policy?

Once your return is approved, we will communicate with you the return address and start the refund or exchange. Please ensure that all items subject to return or refund are returned in their original packaging, unworn, and not damaged. Discounted and final sale items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

I received my order, but there is an item missing. What should I do?

If you have received your order with a missing or a wrong item, please contact us via email as soon as possible, so that we can start processing the exchange for you.

What do I do if I never received my order?

Please wait for the processing time (2-3 business days), and contact us via email, if you could not locate your package, or never received your order by the estimated time, and we will help you either locate your order or issue a new order for you.

Is it possible that I loose my e-gift caard?

No, please keep the e-gift card number for future use. It is good to use for two years. We recommend that you create an account and save your e-gift card as a method of check out.

How long do I have to wait to report any damages or missing items from my order?

If you have any damaged items, missing items, or just simply just don't like what you've received, you must report to us via email at service@accessorizebylnd.com within 7 days of receiving your merchandise to get a return item confirmation number, and start the process of return or exchange.
