Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy; which means that customers have seven days after receiving their items to request a return. To be eligible for a return, please return your item in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at service@accessorizebylnd.com. once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without a previous return request will not be accepted.
Damages and issues - Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you've received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions/non-returnable items - Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges - To ensure that you get what you want, please make a return request first before you ship or return your item. Once the return is approved, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds - Once the refund is approved, we will notify you and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please be advised that it might take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
